After completing school, and years of certifications and makeup artist experience, Rochelle Rae became frustrated with the heavy, mask like makeup prevalent in the market and the seemingly endless trips to the mirror to reapply as it disappeared throughout the day. Her active lifestyle, as well as that of her clients, called for longer lasting products that could stand up to heat and humidity, even in Texas.
This inspired her to create an easy to use, strong but gentle makeup line designed for real life and the active women who live it. In 2005 Rae Cosmetics was born.
