Sarah graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in Georgetown, Texas and she quickly found work with Redken Distribution division. Since she has always enjoyed the beauty industry moving into a position with Green Alley was a next logical step for Sarah.
Sarah has always loved beauty industry and started cutting her hair and her cousin’s while growing up. She loves to provide a relaxing atmosphere while providing her client’s the ability to feel good about themselves. Plus, she loves repeat clients and the chance to learn more about them and their life experiences. Her specialties are women cuts, all things color like crazy colors, balayage, and blondes. She is also addicted to Pinterest and trying new looks.
Sarah was born in Millican, Texas which is fifteen minutes outside of Bryan College Station. Her interests outside of work are shopping and fitness, and she has a blue Pit Bull named Rex which has adopted her.

Ready to feel like you can conquer the world? Then Stylist Britanny Bailey is your go-to collaborator for all things hair. Born and raised in Chicago, Britanny displayed an interest in crafting signature color and cuts from an early age. Initially, she worked on friends’ hair and experimented with her own. Years later she honed her skills at the Tint School of Makeup and Cosmetology in Seattle, WA, and now Britanny provides her clients at Green Alley with artistry and creativity. In addition to her mastery of tried and true techniques and the latest trends, what infuses Britanny’s work is the desire to connect with clients and to ensure that they feel beautiful and empowered.
When not at delivering exceptional service at Green Alley Salon, Britanny loves to hike, kayak, and she’s also an avid hockey fan.

Cosette got her start in the beauty industry in high school by watching makeup tutorials online and copying the looks at home. She did hair and makeup on herself and her friends for school dances, graduations, and beauty pageants. When Cosette did her mother’s bridal makeup, she decided to pursue this career. Cosette graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Austin in 2022 and she is thrilled to be continuing her learning journey at Green Alley as an apprentice. Her family has been her number two source of support, number one being her dog Lulu.
Cosette is a Texan native, but was raised all over the United States. As someone who’s had a lot of variety in her life, her favorite part of the day is listening to the stories clients tell. Everyone has a unique life, history, and she wants to hear all of it! Her favorite place in the salon is the shampoo lounge, where the conversations flow.

Saritha brings a great eye for hair design to the Green Alley team, and her international upbringing and years of experience guarantee our guests receive incredible service each time they sit down in her chair. Born and raised in India, Saritha was always interested in the beauty industry and began her career in 2009. When she moved stateside, she furthered her education by attending The Salon Professional Academy and graduated in 2013. Learning alongside salon professionals from various backgrounds has given Saritha the opportunity to master techniques and fine-tune her abilities in a wide range of settings. Coupled with her creativity, Saritha’s experience allows her to provide personalized hair, color, and threading services you will love. Outside the salon, Saritha enjoys cooking, painting, dancing, and spending time with her dog Leo.

Born and raised in the Austin area, Bella is the youngest among four siblings. A budding interest in makeup artistry during her teenage years paved the way for her journey into the world of esthetics. However, it was her battle with cystic acne at the age of 20 that ignited her passion for skincare and wellness.
Influenced by her oldest sister, an esthetician, and inspired by her dear friend Elisa, Bella enrolled at Ann Webb Skin Institute in 2023, immersing herself in the art of skincare.Â
Under the mentorship of a seasoned cosmetologist and close friend, Bella deepened her understanding of esthetics and skin health. Her ultimate goal as an esthetician is to guide clients towards embracing skincare as an integral aspect of their overall well-being.Bella finds joy in analyzing ingredients and specializes in acne treatment, staying informed through continuous research. Beyond the salon, she enjoys weightlifting, yoga, and exploring the local music scene, accompanied by her beloved canine companions, Porkchop and Sophie.

Los Angeles County native Chelsea Perez was only 13 years old when she experienced the joy of hair styling for the first time. Experimenting with her look and being entrusted to color her mom’s hair gave Chelsea the foundation to explore her creativity through hair.
Having lived in Texas since 2016, Chelsea has spent her years here honing her skills and furthering her education at Central Texas Beauty College. “My goal is to help my guests feel beautiful and help them feel comfortable in their skin while creating a comfortable and safe environment.”
In addition to mastering the latest trends and providing signature services that clients love, booking with Chelsea means working with a hair stylist dedicated to furthering her craft. She works hard to ensure you leave with a smile and feel confident in your look.
Chelsea is a positive addition to our team, and when she’s not making days brighter at the salon, she loves to spend time with her three Beagles: Bagel, Biscuit, and Buttercup. Chelsea also enjoys crocheting and hiking.
